MINISTRY MISSION STATEMENT

The Music & Arts Ministry vision is to develop mature and influential God-worshippers. In doing so we make God's praise glorious so that He is always glorified in our worship.

GOALS & OBJECTIVES FOR 2019 

1. Strengthen the praise team and rename the Fruit of the Spirit to reflect the purpose of the team "Jezreel Worship Team"
2. Develop and engage Youth & Teens in the Music Ministry
3. Strengthen, revitalize and rejuvenate the spiritual development of the Music & Arts Ministry
4. Continue support of all MJBC worship events and celebrations

PLANS/STRATEGY FOR IMPLEMENTING GOALS & OBJECTIVES

1. Develop a broad vision for the team (who/what we are)
2. Plan monthly meetings with Youth/Teen Leadership to ensure communicating for cohesive planning
3. Quarterly Ministry Gatherings and a Spiritual Retreat for the entire Music & Arts Ministry
4. Designate groups to support MJBC worship, events and celebrations
