MINISTRY MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Jezreel Employment Ministry is to assist our church and community members that desire to enter or excel in the work force.

GOALS & OBJECTIVES FOR 2019

• Seek additional servants for the ministry.
• Develop an e-learning content plan.
• Develop marketing content for annual Community Day (September 2019) and the January 2019 MJBC-wide ministry open house.

PLANS/STRATEGY FOR IMPLEMENTING GOALS & OBJECTIVES

• Advertise for additional servants to develop and/or assist with developing content for the virtual ministry.
• Incorporate social media into the e-learning platform: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms in hope of creating community ties to the e-learning platform.
• Seeking to incorporate video clips and other creativity into this learning environment.

REGULAR MEETING DATES AND TIMES & DATES FOR SPECIAL OBSERVANCES AND ACTIVITIES

• Meetings are scheduled at the discretion of the Lay Pastor as needed.
