Arise Ministry

To serve on behalf of MJBC by praying for and sharing the Word of God with all hospitalized, shut-in or nursing home bound church members.
To make personal telephone calls and/or visits to MJBC members while hospitalized or on physician-ordered bed rest.
To send Get Well Cards and other expressions to church members.
To partner with prayer warriors from various ministries within the walls of Mt. Jezreel to help service the members of MJBC.
To encourage membership of the men of MJBC to the Arise Ministry.
To participate in training in the following areas:
- Alzheimer's and Dementia
- The Compassionate Visitor (new members and review for other members)
To meet every other third Saturday of the month.
To participate in an outreach program with Montgomery Hospice Center for Learning.
To adopt a nursing home facility and assign visitation from Arise each month
